What's the difference between the AI Strategy and AI Design services?

AI Design is the "how" phase. We take the roadmap and create a detailed blueprint of the technical solution, specifying the exact infrastructure, hardware, and user journeys needed.

The Execution phase is where we build your AI system. This includes everything from preparing and labeling your data, to integrating and training AI models, and finally, deploying the system. We also provide ongoing maintenance and a detailed project write-up at the end.
